Species
   The notes listed below are generalizations. I personally love all parrots. Any of the species would make a good pet for me, as I appreciate what beautiful creatures they are and what they have to offer. However, like anyone else, I have my personal favorites. Using a canine analogy, I like dogs too, but some breeds I like above all others. All dog breeds are basically managed the same way, but even two dogs of the same breed , may need to be approached differently in training and in your relationship. Parrots can be thought of in the same way.

Anyway, my point is that parrots are individuals and their behavior /personalities are influenced by their environment and the parrot education level of their owners. We provide phone and email support to all of our parrot owners for life. There is no reason (as long as you are aware of the behavioral tendencies and needs of a particular species) that the parrot you choose cannot be a beloved, enjoyable pet. Parrots are great companions when raised and socialized properly and go into educated homes with people that are willing to do what is necessary to live with their parrot happily.

   As we have no control over the environment our birds are exposed to once they leave us, we will not be responsible for any disease not evident at the time of shipping/delivery. We guarantee that all babies are free of congenital defects (unless otherwise noted) and illness/disease for 72 hours after shipping/delivery.
